Lucky Me!

We draw names every year for Christmas in my family (with my parents having 4 kids and 10 grandkids it is a good call)...actually, I keep a list from year to year and re-shuffle the names so no-one gets their spouse or the same name 2 years in a row.

This year my knitting sister had my name...lucky me! I opened a rather large package to find this wonderful basket loaded with goodies. Books, yarn, spot remover, and note cards came pouring out of a wonderful lined basket with a drawstring top. Love it! Hmmm...perhaps I can arrange for her to have me again next year?!?

Been knitting a lot...will show you another day.

that does look like quite a gift. I wish someone in my family crocheted! The drawing name thing would be neat! and probably a lot less hectic, maybe I can talk people into trying it here.

I just realized something neat as I was reading this post. We share first names! Just thought I would share that fact. Glad that you enjoyed your Christmas :D.

Ooooooh, what a lovely gift !!! Those books look so nice ! I wouldn't mind browsing through them myself! I imagine they will keep you busy for a while.

If at all possible, can your sister draw MY name next Christmas ??! ;)
