Thanks to your input I felted the two sweaters. Here they are in their shrunken glory.
While cleaning the guest room, I found this felted sunflower I made back in December. I tucked it away not sure what to do with it. I had a lightbulb moment!
Now my question is should I make a pillow or a tote bag? Any ideas?

I vote for a tote bag. With the sunflower laying on the blue sweater it just looks like a tote to me :)
That really look great! It's a tough decision. A cushion would be enjoyed every day by the few lucky folks in your home. A tote bag could travel around town once in a while, putting smiles on the faces of everyone who sees it.
Some day I'll learn how to say things like this without showing bias.
I think I like the idea of a tote bag/grocery bag. It's so lovely that you'll be the envy of every shopper you see. What a great find!
